Agency founder and manager, Terry is a law enforcement professional with over 28 years of progressively responsible investigative law enforcement experience culminating in his position as Agency Head for the State of Florida for the Florida Capital Police with statewide responsibility. His background includes participation and management investigations and prosecutions of international deep cover, violent crime, drug and interdiction, organized crime, as well as the more conventional criminal activities.

Over 34 years’ military service in the US Army Reserve in the Military Police Corps, Medical Corps, and Civil Affairs, retiring at the rank of Command Sergeant Major.
Accomplished pilot with Airline Transport Pilot, Multi-Engine, and Certified Flight Instructor ratings, and over 5,300 hours flight time as of late 2011.

Kent has served in numerous law enforcement agencies and positions during his 36-year law enforcement career before retiring from the Florida Department of Law Enforcement as
state Chief of Investigations in Tallahassee. During his long and distinguished career, Kent has supervised or participated in a broad range of investigative areas including violent crime, white collar crime, money laundering, narcotics, and undercover operations, crimes against children, computer crimes, background investigations, special operations (SWAT), protective operations, Domestic Security, the Florida Investigative Support Center, and public integrity investigations.

Served as a Technical Agent for the state police, conducting and overseeing electronic investigations including wire taps and other intercepts, vehicle and body tracking, covert security and video systems, covert building entries, alarm systems, body transmitters, countermeasures, command posts, and radio communications.
Supervised or participated in numerous protective operation/ body guard details, including security details for five Florida governors and on numerous Presidential and VIP details with the US Secret Service and Department of State.
Owner of McGregor & Associates, a security and threat management consulting company specializing in major event planning and assessments.
Member of the Executive Board of the Florida State Law Enforcement Chief’s Association.
Law enforcement instructor and guest lecturer at various law enforcement academies, schools, courses and colleges.
Exceptional training from local, state, and federal agencies, including the FDLE, FBI, US Secret Service, ATF, US Customs, and the CIA.
Licensed pilot. Served as undercover contract pilot for the US Customs Service, Internal Affairs Division.
